The video on how some some of the candidates control their "fiefdom" is very disheartening. Appears that Family Dynasties now control different sections of Goa. It doesn't appear that there is any way out of this morass and the population goes along oblivious to the destruction around them as long as their individual needs are met. 17 mins into the video an interviewee tells it like it really is. I believe you are right when you say "GOA - RIP". Very sad.
